YCS001 Show & Speak
(Lower Primary)
Enjoy the varied opportunities for verbal expression in a stress-free and fun-filled environment. The many interactive activities that make use of authentic objects and striking images will inspire you to share your ideas and improve confidence in speaking before a small audience.
YCS002 Public Speaking & Oral Presentation
(Upper Primary, Secondary & Junior College)
Learn to craft a speech text and speak before a small audience. There’ll also be plenty of oral activities that will get students to speak off the cuff. To acquire more confidence and competence, students will get to interpret and present dramatic reading of a variety of interesting texts. Basic debating skills can be incorporated too.
YCS003 Mastering Basic Phonetics & Oral English Exam Preparation
(Upper Primary, Secondary & Junior College)
Students can expect to learn and put into practice the basic oral presentation techniques such as eye contact, pitch, tone of voice and choice of words. They will also be taught basic phonetics so that they will be able to work out the correct pronunciation and word stress of any word by using a good dictionary.
