The benefits of outdoor education are widely recognized and can contribute significantly to unlock the potential of every participant during experiential learning trips. Our instructors are skilled in creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. This allows participants to experience inspirational and challenging activities in the natural world around them.

Our Philosophy

The outdoors is an awesome platform to achieve beyond the ordinary. The approach must be precise, focused and directed and interactive. The ambience will be fun. We believe that every member is a valuable element to the success of any team. Hence, every member should have the opportunity to contribute. When individuals and teams go beyond their comfort zone, they would realise and maximise their learning potential. When the correct level of challenges is being introduced, success appreciation can occur.

The need to truly understand the background, demographics and dynamics of the participants would contribute greatly to the eventual objectives being met. On top of that, creativity, versatility and experience are a must in conceptualising the programmes. At Mastereign, we believe in starting right!

Having a group of individuals with differing characteristics coming together to form a team is always interesting.
