She believes that if we can nurture the children and our youths to develop a sense of respect for themselves as an actor, their performance space and their fellow actors and as well as to appreciate their work of art, then this code of ethics would take them far in the world outside of the theatre. Shida has started teaching for Mastereign since 2008 but has worked with Danny, Programme Director for the Drama department, for almost 7 years as a trainer, director and an actor. She thoroughly enjoys collaborating with Danny and the company having conducted varying drama workshops ranging from curriculum drama training to directing the students in plays.
