Besides the basic skills, an entrepreneur will need expertise in managing the following areas: Customers, Finance, Projects, Time, Change and Conflict.

Ethics in the Marketplace - IE0506

The business world is often portrayed as a ruthless place where greed and cunning prevail. Is there a place for ethics? Participants will learn through case studies and role plays the importance of being ethical in the business place.

Entrepreneurship with Retail Management - IE0507

Using the universally-accepted ‘4P of Marketing’ principle, participants will learn how to add value, package and promote themselves. They will also learn how to put together their resume and be prepared for different types of interviews (e.g. job, internship and scholarship interviews).

This programme teaches participants the fundamentals of setting up a business. Participants will learn how to initiate business ideas, conduct market survey to ascertain customers’ needs and to design promotion strategies for their enterprise.

In this programme, participants are given the tools and planning skills necessary to direct their personal future in order to achieve their goals including personal finance goals such as savings & investing. Includes career planning and personal profiling.

Social Entrepreneurship - IE0511

This programme shows students how to practically and ethically apply their developing entrepreneurial skills, talents and knowledge in the non-profit sector for the good of society at large.
