Self Defence

SD001 Taekwondo
This course provides students with basic knowledge, skills, and understanding of self defence through Taekwondo. Students will be taught correct techniques and skills useful in situations where self defence is required. Taekwondo helps develop self-confidence and build one’s body and mind thus leading to an enhanced personal development.

 

SD002 Wushu
The aim is to build up strong basic martial arts foundation, impart relevant combat tactics, and stunts involving a high degree of body coordination such as boxing and kicking. Students will be exposed to various displays of weapons and International Wushu Competition routine.

 

SD003 Muay Thai
Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) originated, in Thailand and has gained popularity in other parts of the world. It is also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, as the hands, shin, elbows and knees are used extensively in its practice. It is physically demanding and is one of the best form of exercise for people who are looking to pack some lean muscles and endurance into their physique.
