WS001 Swimming
Swimming offers many unique advantages over other sports making it an ideal choice for young people. Long-time swimmers can attest to the life skills gained by participation, including time management, survival skills and independence.

 

 

WS002 Kayaking
The course focus on learning the basic skills and paddle strokes to kayak/canoe. Students will build self confidence, self esteem and endurance. They will understand the different categories of kayak and be proficient in handling kayak rescue techniques.

 

 

WS003 Water Polo
In water polo, students will learn advance swimming and floating techniques, strengthening their muscular endurance. The game play involves good endurance, excellent hand-eye coordination aggressiveness and a competitive spirit.
