Josephine has been teaching in pre-schools for almost 18 years and enjoyed sharing and seeing my students learn and improve. Teaching in pre-schools taught her to be patient and allowed her to have a better understanding of children and their development.
Having to do a lot of drawing with the pre-scholars allowed her to sustain passion in arts since childhood and to pursue further, Josephine left her job to be a qualified Art Trainer with Mastereign and The People Association, which entitles her to extend her knowledge in arts further to more people including the adults in Community Centers. Being an art trainer, she is also given many opportunities to enter to schools in Singapore from Primary level to Junior college. Conducting different formsof visual arts, gives her wider opportunities to share the knowledge and obtain higher achievement in arts.
Arts are different from academy subjects! Arts can be fun, it makes one feel relaxed and keeps creativity growing. Through more exposure and hands on experiences, they will be able to build up their self confidence level and enhance their creativity in their future life.
